- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I have been with them for nearly a year and I asked them to add a new vehicle to my policy and asked them to email me my new insurance card. Well he said give me 10 minutes and I will email it it has been 3 days now and still no email from them! "Edited" He thought he sent it but did not. The car is now on the insurance.
